JSUNAA is divided into six regions in the United States and consists of fifty-
eight chapters. The DFW Chapter currently represents an alumni base of
approximately 1,800 individuals in the DFW area.

This year, in honor of our chapter’s 40th year, we are kicking off a 40 for 40 Campaign to raise $40,000 for the DFW Chapter’s Scholarship Endowment Fund. Over the years, our Endowment Fund has provided financial support for over 135 students attending Jackson State University. In addition to our endowment, we provide book awards and unmet need scholarships to students that may need assistance bridging a financial gap for school related fees. Partner with us during this special year to continue the legacy of “Challenging Minds, Changing Lives.”

We have a continued partnership with the world-renowned Brazilian steakhouse Fogo de Chao as the host restaurant. The evening will consist of a Brazilian churrasco-style meal, select wines from Black-owned vineyards and/or winemakers around the country, and of course Tiger Pride. Ms. Tomekia Reed, Head Coach of JSU Women’s Basketball, will be the guest of honor.
